TO THE SAYARDAW U OTTAMASARA .....
I always had a part of me that wanted to meditate and give to others. Meeting Sayadaw Uottamasara changed my life. I never thought I would actually be able to give up my endless distractions to practice meditation. And it is only because of his continous encouragement that I keep practicing many lonely days in the meditation center.
My gratitude is so strong in my whole body. Every precious moment of peace and feeling healthy in my body is because of your inspiration and teachings. The most amazing thing of all is that I start to want less for myself and give more to other people.
My mind is riddled with endless circles of confusion and I have so many confused emotional reactions. I tried many different "self-healing" techniques. But Uottamasara's method is the only one that really works at the root cause. Thank you for the wisdom and truth that is invaluable for right living and dying.

MY HONORABLE MONK , SAYADAW U OTTAMASARA,
I REALLY GOT THE RIGHT FREEDOM ,WHEN I DID MEDITATION BY MYSELF AS SAYADAW'S TEACHING JUST TO KNOW “” NOTHING””and DON’T THINK ANYTHING .
WE HAVE NOTHING TO RELY ON , EXCEPT DHAMMA ( THE BUDDHA ‘S TEACHING ).
WE SHOULD KNOW “NOTHING, NOTHING ,NOTHING” FOR ALL THE TIME ,EVERYWHERE, AS MUCH AS WE CAN .
WE HAVE TO BE ALWAYS AWARE!
